Game Use

Bando Empire is an entertainment game. In-game currency, ranks, items, gear, businesses, properties, rewards, and progression have no real-world cash value.

Accounts And Profiles

You are responsible for activity connected to your profile, username, chat messages, private messages, leaderboard submissions, and PvP actions.

Community Content

You may not post illegal, hateful, threatening, harassing, sexually explicit, exploitative, or abusive content. We may remove content, restrict accounts, or block access to community features when rules are violated.

Intellectual Property

Bando Empire uses BandoKids-inspired community branding and artwork with project permission. Keep written permission records for App Review and future store audits.

NFT And Blockchain Disclaimer

The app should not advertise financial return, investment value, or guaranteed rewards from NFT ownership. Any future wallet verification must follow Apple App Store and Google Play policies.

Safety And Moderation

Players can block other players and report content. Moderation decisions may include warnings, message removal, feature restrictions, or account restrictions.

Termination

We may suspend or remove access to online features if a player abuses the game, attacks the service, cheats, harasses others, or violates these terms.
